Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio or fulfillment partners in the United States. Most pieces are packed with care and intention within 1–2 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing your order quickly, so edits and cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is MSOL jewelry made of?
Most MSOL pieces are crafted from 18k gold-filled brass or stainless steel, often using a process called Oro Laminado (used widely in Brazil and Italy). Our pieces are hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and designed for everyday ritual wear.
What’s the difference between gold-plated and gold-filled?
Gold-filled jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold bonded to the base metal — making it more durable, radiant, and long-wearing than standard gold plating.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, your MSOL jewelry is designed to resist tarnish and keep its glow. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, or perfumes to extend its life. Store it in a dry, soft place when not worn.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return process. For our full policy click here.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items if sizing or style wasn’t quite right. Reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — every piece arrives in MSOL’s signature packaging, ready to gift (to yourself or someone else). If you’re sending directly to someone, you can include a note at checkout.
